After a few days of wrestling with this thing, having zero success and losing my mind. I called Leslie's to ask for who they use to install their above ground pools. I pretty much got "we cant help you". It's one thing to not have someone in shop that installs your pools. It's another to not have anyone on recommendation to support your products you sell in your shop.
