Terrible service. A technician has come out three times claiming our washer was fixed, and every time a new issue appears as soon as we use it. The machine is clearly not being properly checked before the technician leaves.
They never have parts in stock, so each visit turns into days of waiting for parts and another appointment. Customer service is rude, dismissive, and takes no accountability. After three failed visits, you’d expect urgency—instead, they push you to the bottom of the list.
Complete waste of time. I do not recommend this company.

Operator was really nice. Appointment system is broken. Tech did not meet repair window and was two hours late with no call, no communication. I was told between 12 and 3, did not show up until 5 pm. On the positive the tech got right to it, fixed the washer fast the first time. One week later still holding. BTW it was warranty work so I didn't have a choice. Overall they got it done right the first time and fast. Took one week to get an appointment.

This place is BS, had a guy come out today in Fresno California, for my "second opinion" as a bodewell tech came out a week before and changed out thermostat on my brand new 3 week old fridge and it still had the same problem. (Freezer wont go below 10 degrees. This joke of a tech comes out today very unfriendly and unprofessional. First thing he says "to try to blame the customer" oh ya your problem is this isnt a fridge for the garage". I said "Oh ya? its garage ready, thats the reason i got it". Then he talks through his ear buds the whole time ignoring anything i had to say or any of my questions, and says "im talking right now" very rudely. So all this clown does it open the fridge and freezer like 10 times. This took about 20 minutes. Did absolutely no diagnostic or anything.. Asks me if i have the manual and i need to read the manual. Says i had the settings wrong LOL! " I literally have went through every setting possible for the last 3 weeks giving 3 days in between.. nothing changes. This guy says my settings were wrong and next time he comes out he will charge me.. im like BS! He said i had the settings wrong i said what did you change it to then? he said "oh i didnt know it had one in the fridge too" totally clueless.. Then the "tech" gets combative as he was already bs'ing the whole time.. i said atleast the other company tried to do something he says he changed the part "Just to get out of here" lol.. i said thanks for nothing this was worthless and waste of my time and he said i was worthless and left. Worst experience ever from a so called tech. I also told him i read many others with my fridge left reviews experiencing the same problem with my fridge. He said "I dont care about reviews".

What a joke. Please read all of their recent 1 star reviews. They are legitimate and many are very similar to ours. We haven't had a working oven since October 20. Our first phone call to them for their warranty service via Costco was on October 24, 2025. 3 service visits later and our double ovens still do not work as of today December 5, 2025. They don't return phone calls they say they will and now they don't answer their phones. Avoid them at all costs. It's very unfortunate that GE continues to use them as a warranty repair company. The first technician that came on 10/24/2025 never looked or diagnosed our oven he literally was in our home for two minutes and asked what our issue was and took a picture of the ovens display and left and stated it needed to be replaced. What?! He then came back and replaced that two weeks later. He obviously did not want to be doing his job. The ovens computer just kept circling on the screen and he called GE and they told him it could take up to 24 hours to connect to the WIFI. The second he stated that I knew I was going to need another service call. It now become a joke in our home the abilities of this company. Three replaced computers later in our ovens and they do not operate.
It is very sad that they have left us in the lurch for so long with zero regards of their warranty responsibilities for G.E. And not to mention it's the holidays. Thanks Appliance Repair Specialists for nothing. Merry Christmas to you. Hope your ovens have worked for the holidays.
