Everytime I call she has helped me, even when I show up she always goes above and beyond to help me with my questions and issues. I love how secure the facility is, as annoying as it is to constantly input your code it makes me feel safe knowing that not just anyone has access to the facility. Overall I'm glad I chose this storage facility but Vicky is what really makes it stand apart from all the other storage facilities.
- EAEJ A.Dec 17, 20251.0***BE AWARE OF BREAK-INS/STORAGE THEFTS*** Our storage 2333 was broken into with no signs of lock picking which makes me think it was an inside job. There were footprints on the wall which also makes me believe they might have came in through the top. Attached are photos of the footprints on the wall & my mattress leaning against it where the person might have landed or used for leverage. There are no cameras on the hallways & in no which way is this location secure. Some of the items missing include three black storage crates with kitchen appliances, electric guitar, 42” TV, Nespresso, sports jerseys, nightstand, comic books, & so much more. A couple days ago we received notification of a fire on the basement but management should also send notification warnings of thefts & break-ins. The only thing management offered was one month’s free rent. Nothing else was done to help. Storage spaces are paid to keep your items secure & it’s frustrating that this happened. Please be cautious & reconsider before renting from here.

But having a safe, clean, organized place to store your belongings makes a huge difference. This location has been a blessing, and Victoria made the entire experience smooth when everything else felt chaotic. If you need storage during a hard season, I highly recommend coming here.
