- MSM Seo5 days ago1.0I recommend you do not hire this locksmith in an emergency. I wish I would have read the reviews. I was clear with the dispatcher that I had to leave at 11:00 for work. I called back to confirm and the locksmith who called said he would be there. I left at 11:00 for work still locked out of my home. I called to tell them I was leaving and they told me there was a $29 cancellation fee. NO! I will not pay. I didn’t cancel, they didn’t show up on time. I saw a request for contact from the owner in another review and attempted to contact them. It is an unsecured website. So I’m writing a review to hopefully spare others the same results. I should have known when the call back number showed as “possible spam”

They took a a lot longer called again and said it would be another 15 minute wait. They finally arrives at 1:57 very late it was quick and smooth yeah but it was just frustrating having to wait so long when I was expecting them sooner and 200 dollars is crazy I didn’t know they charged a travel fee since on Google it says located in Atascadero where I live!!! I feel scammed tbh
