  I would give zero stars if I could. The before sales and after sales experience were completely different. Make sure you get everything in writing as to what they are promising to do and verify it with a manager so that you have two people verifying their service.

  Look no further, great selection of high quality furniture and reasonably priced for the quality and comfort you are getting. The staff (Alicia & Kim) were not pushy and spent as much time as was needed to make sure we were comfortable and not rushed into making any decision. Furniture was delivered as promised by a friendly crew that made every provision to protect the furniture and our doorways entering the house. Scott took time explaining everything about the furniture and controls before departing Thank you all for such a great experience and most of all, we love our Flexsteel reclining sofa and stationary chair.
