Someone was paged to help me, I left after waiting 15 minutes, went to Home Depot and got waited on immediately . Yesterday,March 25, the contractor came to finish my kitchen ceiling and install the set of 4 lights. After installing all of them, he discovered, one of the transformer boxes was faulty. I took this one transformer box back to Lowes, just simply to exchange the box. I was at Customer service for 20 minutes, and got nothing short of a bad time. They didn't have the same box of lights and wouldn't agree to let me take the box from another one , claiming,it would mess up their inventory. I made 3 trips back and forth to the isle , trying to persuade them to just exchange the transformer. My BP had to be off the scale,I was so very angry. Finally one last attempt,a nice man, at customer service,appears and says, "just take this one out of the other box ". Why didn't the other 3 people,at customer service do that instead of giving me a bad time and making me so very angry?. What happened to your customer service ?From now on,I will go to Home Depot

- KGKarla GFeb 27, 20261.0i went looking for a pressure washer unfortunately nobody was to be found in the department for help i waited for almost 15 minutes and when the gentleman gabe approached he had the worst customer service i had ever dealt with, any question i asked he would snap his teeth along with a smart comment , he made me feel like if i was bothering him and wasting his time when all i wanted was help purchasing a pressure washer . i DO NOT like home depot but this experience made me take my business across the street

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
