- LSLisa ScarbroughJan 21, 20261.0Went to the pro desk with the blueprints to the house I'm building in order to get Windows that fit.. the guy there said to bring in the plans and they would get me the correct windows. After buying 20 of the windows six of them did not fit correctly were not the right windows for the house and I tried to get them to exchange the windows for the correct ones. They said that they would only get me a 10% discount on new windows. I paid $2,400 and can't use the windows so I tried to call the corporate office. But there's no way to get a hold of anybody higher than the store only their customer service 800 number which I thought it was going to be some help. But the guy I talked to their told me to take the windows out and bring them back in so I uninstall them to come all the way down there and then they said they didn't know what I was talking about. There's no way to get ahold of anybody to correct this error on their part I highly recommend not using Lowe's for anything because they don't have a good return policy and they don't stand behind their "pro desk". Yes I have called the number listed below to no avail. I still cannot get this resolved and would love to speak with someone in the corporate office, but Lowe's wont give out any contact information for them.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
