  You will be so happy you chose Landau Pools! They built our pool, spa and deck some years ago and it was perfect in every way! Start to finish our pool was completed and filled one week earlier than promised! When I tell you we were so happy with them I mean in every aspect of our build. We have had them do work on our new house’s pool and still they are the best! No complaints from us!!!

  Bobby (the owner) agreed to my pool construction in early 2022 to be completed in October 2022. The pool was not "complete" until March 2023. Throughout the process there was poor communication despite multiple attempts to receive time lines for different steps of construction. The pool they built is not the pool that was agreed upon in the contract with many design flaws. At one point there was no communication and workers would come and go as they pleased. In the contract it was stated that the company would remove and replace a gate. When it came time to replace the gate, I had to threaten court to get him to follow the contract. When the final step of the pool was complete, the verbal agreement for the company to do the start up of the pool did not happen which led to staining of the plaster. It is now months later and the plaster remains stained and the company continues to avoid any attempt I make for them to amend this. They told me that if I did not make the final payment, they would put a lein on my home despite their work being faulty. Horrible company.

  I contacted many pool builders in the high desert and I am so happy I went with Landau pools. He listened to what we wanted and came up with the perfect pool and spa. From day one, he was always honest and realistic. He adjusted our wants with our budget. Construction started quickly. All of his contractors were very respectful of our property and our time. We did have a couple issues arise (with it being such a major construction, I would expect something to happen) but Bobby handled them all. He contacted who he needed to contact and was always on top of everything. Bobby even had my husband get into the pool to measure exactly how he wanted the bar stools to make sure it fit him perfectly! He also made sure to wait at the site while they were pouring concrete to allow my family to place their hand prints in the concrete (I told him this on day one and he remembered that it was super important to me). Any questions I ever had he was always willing to answer. Even if he didn't answer his phone the same day he would call me right back the next and believe me, I had ALOT of questions. When everything was finished, he taught me how to use the pump, how to test for chemicals, how to add chemicals and much more. If I were to do it all over again I would choose Landau pools hands down. If you are looking for an AMAZING pool builder look no further. Worth every penny
