- GAGautam AgarwalApr 19, 20261.0Brought my pool cleaner (Polaris Quattro P40) in for a simple issue (wasn’t climbing walls but otherwise working fine). It took ~2 weeks to get a response and I was quoted $400–$600 for repairs. I had asked for the inspection to be done in front of me, but was told that’s against store policy. No photos, videos, or inspection report were provided during the process. I declined the repair and had the unit returned — but it came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The wheels are now jammed and the cleaner is no longer usable at all. This was not an issue before service, so something clearly went wrong during inspection or reassembly. I’m giving the store a chance to make this right and will update this review based on how they handle it.

- JVJennifer VernerJan 19, 20261.0I went in with a water sample, low alkalinity, zero bromine. I was sold an alkalinity increaser to use first, then told to add sodium bromide one appropriate dose at a time, until the bromine registered on the test strips. I spent around $75 on these chemicals. After getting the alkalinity balanced, I started the addition of the sodium bromide, waiting and cycling the water for 30 minutes between additions. After FOUR cycles of this, I did my own research, and realized I needed to add shock to activate the bromide. Of course, after one addition of shock, my bromine was reading extremely high. So now, we have to empty part of the water and start over. An epic waste of time, chemicals, water and ultimately money. We expected the staff to be knowledgeable and we are first time spa owners, so wanted to make sure we were doing everything correctly. Extremely disappointed we were not given the proper advice.
