  We got great service from Dakota and a refrigerator at 20% lower than the big box stores. So nice to have a competitive priced appliance store in Anderson.

  Nichols Appliance has amazing appliances at a great price. Derek, the owner, not only answers or returns your call promptly, he provides excellent service whether installing the appliances or making adjustments to them. Adding to Nichols professionalism is the fact that they leave your home as clean as when they first arrived! I highly recommend Nichols Appliance for all of your appliance needs!! I will NEVER shop elsewhere.

  We returned from vacation to find that both of our refrigerators were no longer working, so I called Derek and asked if he had any recommendations for appliance repair that could make it out quickly. Not only did he coordinate for an appliance company who came out the same day to let us know the compressor was out in both, and being in need of an immediate replacement for the kitchen fridge, we drove over to Nichols and picked out a new fridge and when we asked how soon they could get it to us, Derek didn’t hesitate and said that he could do it right then! He came out, installed the new one and took the old one with him. Talk about exceeding expectations, we were so grateful to get the fridge delivered so quickly! Love shopping local and receiving an amazing customer experience! Thank you Derek and Team!!
