  Bought a washer and requested delivery. 2 rock stars (David and Nick) showed up on time... Took the old washer to the truck.. brought the new washer in ... set it up... They were professional and just great guys. I highly recommend Nichols Appliance in Anderson. 5 star service

  We recently purchased a new range and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Derick was extremely helpful during the selection and purchase process. He’s very knowledgeable about appliance features, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience easy and comfortable with absolutely no sales pressure. The delivery and installation team, Jesse and David, were just as impressive. They were professional, polite, and efficient. They took great care during installation and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Excellent customer service all around. I would highly recommend them for any appliance needs!

  We purchased a new built in microwave oven from Nichols and we were very impressed with the knowledge of Derek. He helped us pick the perfect appliance for our needs and the installation went perfectly. They are a better option over any of the big box retailers.
