  Sales rep was courteous and responsive. I hired them for two jobs. During the tent fumigation I ran three indoor air-quality monitors; readings stayed ≥90/100 the entire time. I’m not making a technical claim—just sharing what I observed—which left me unsure whether sufficient gas was used. After the work, I didn’t hear from the company until ~45 days later, when I suddenly got a past-due email, a text, and a notice threatening legal action within an hour. I had already mailed payment by check about two weeks after service and immediately sent them a copy. The abrupt escalation and lack of post-service follow-up were disappointing. They should provide a post-service report, communicate billing timelines clearly, and allow a reasonable grace period before collections threats.

  Update: Had some issues with my prior rep from Suncrest but Marshall the owner reached out and took my complaint serious. Although my initial interaction and impression was a bad one, Marshall showed integrity and care and offered to cover the price for the tenting. This is a family run business and he definitely took charge and ensured things were right for me. Will be tenting the house in a couple months and Im hoping for a smooth experience!

  Marshall and his Team at Suncrest have been taking care of our properties for years. He is always available, reliable, punctual, thorough, with fair and reasonable pricing. Office Staff is absolutely pleasant to work with as well. Truly a "Five Star" Company with a level of service that is to be applauded.

  Both the inspector and the treatment people seemed friendly and competent. Everything that was said was done. Great company to work with. Always called before coming to the appointment.
