She asked me to clarify, and I did. She then proceeded to remove the incorrect item. leading me to correct her. She then rolled her eyes, sighed, and called a manager - raising her voice at me about how she needs to cancel the whole transaction. I was in genuine disbelief that something so small could upset her so much and lead her to take it out on the customer.

It's like Michaels the size of Costco, and they have everything... Cricut and paper crafts, got it. Stickers, got it. Leathercraft, got it. Glass blowing, got it. Ceramics, got it. Models and airbrushing, got it. Art supplies, got it. Drafting supplies, got it. Fabrics and embellishments, got it. To much to even list... Plus their home decor has a bunch of hidden gems, and everything is priced right. You can't go wrong. Check it out, it's a one stop shop.
