Was in a tight spot and showed up a few minutes before the office closed, I hate doing that but went to a different company and they told me they couldnt help me. Brandon didnt give me any excuses and just helped me. I will forever be grateful

Six months later, they raised my rate by $100 per month. Then JUST FIVE MONTHS LATER, they are raising it by ANOTHER $100! They know how expensive it is to move units, especially if you're disabled and have to hire movers, and THEY WILL PREY ON YOU! If you're not able to move all of your stuff by yourself within 5 months, DO NOT RENT FROM EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!
