When I compared it closely to the original it was obviously missing a complete tooth. The convenience of having an automated kiosk is completely nullified if the key isn’t cut right and won’t open a door. Not cheap, and no one to return it to in order to make a new one.

I made a copy of a key but the key somehow has a crack in it. It got bent and twisted in the door lock. However, I emailed you guys and you were able to responded fast and gave me a refund immediately. I'm so impressed and I will definitely make copy of keys in the future at my nearest grocery store.
