  I’m always skeptical about drying cleaners because I don’t know if they end up doing a good job. I was recommended by a friend of this place so I trusted her and took a risk. I took my favorite coat in and it was not returned in the same condition. My coat use to be soft and when I picked it up it was a bit rough and almost felt like it had bumps to it. I mentioned it to the front desk lady and she said that that was normal even though I mentioned to her that it wasn’t like that before. This place just isn’t for me. Hope things continue to work out for others.
