That feels high to me, especially since the repair took about 20 minutes. It honestly seemed like it cost more than just replacing the door hardware. I should have asked what the minimum service charge was before they started, so that part is on me. Still, the price caught me off guard.

The key I duplicated opened both a doorknob lock and a deadbolt lock. The duplicated keys worked fine at opening both locks, but the new keys were unable to lock the deadbolt lock which was odd since it unlocked it. Tried multiple times to get it to lock the deadbolt but have been unsuccessful each time. That is the main reason for the low ratings.
