Staff at this location are great. Laura helped answer all my questions, explained the rates well, and was extremely friendly. The site is also very clean.

I have had the worst experience at this location do not deal with these guys. First of all my wife died in January and I cleared up the bill of her locker I paid it up in advance till August I cleared the things out in March and there was a 3-month overpayment they said I would get my money back within 5 days and now it's going into the fourth month I couldn't get through or a hold of any management for days it was a run-around when I finally did talk to somebody they took my banking information and I still have not gotten paid. It is the worst customer service I've ever received from anywhere. They say to call the regional manager well that person has yet to return a single call. I can't get through to anywhere and head office it's all chatbots and when I finally do get to talk to somebody they don't know what they're doing and I get the run around again and I got to go here to the police probably to deal with this everything was all good until I paid them up but they can't do the same and return my money that they owe me and I am so frustrated I will never deal with this location again they made me pay so many late charges but yet they're 3 months late and what are they going to do give me extra for that and they was the guy didn't even know what to do about how to return me my money first it was I was told I would have to get a check then I was told they don't do that then I was told to get my banking info to them and I still haven't gotten any money back worst service and location ever I'm still waiting for my money and I call today again and the manager is not there once again told to call back like they never go to work they never call me back I'm so done with this place
