  Amazing. I got a great deal for 8 weeks while needing to store some things after a basement flood. Staff is also very kind. Should I need a storage unit again, I will return here

  My experience today exceeded all of my expectations and more! Martin went above and beyond. His welcoming nature and kind heart shines through his work. He makes you feel like more than a customer. He answered all of my questions, went through everything thoroughly and walked me through each step. He was patient and didn’t rush just to get the job done. He deserves special recognition for the job he did today. I will definitely be recommending Sentinel to others and specifically this location. Great job!

  Disappointed. They input my email wrong so I never received any access codes or unit number. The day of my move, the office is closed and I cant access my unit. My credit card was charged as well. I have movers booked and no where to store my stuff.
