  Naiad Irrigation never fails to do an outstanding job from booking through invoice. Robert Maynard was on time, polite & personable in performance of initiating our irrigation system for the summer season. All aspects of the system were checked, two sprinklers were giving me trouble and Robert took them apart, cleaned them so they worked as before. Naiad appears to have a knack for hiring real go getters that are super courteous and explain what steps they are taking to correct issues. I will definitely ask for Robert next visit. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  After switching to Naiad to a couple of years ago from one of their competitors that had completely gone off the radar screen in terms of service, response, and customer relations, I could not be happier with Naiad. Starting up my system for the season, I had a problem with a stuck zone valve. Naiad had a tech out the next day (Finn), and he quickly diagnosed and dealt with the problem - a glitch probably stemming from the blowout last fall. Regardless of the cause, there were no charges. What a change from what I would have experienced with the "other" company! Well done, Naiad and Finn.

  Miguel is very polite, patient and knowledgeable. My system needed a few repairs along with the overall seasonal check up of the system. After listening to my requests and questions, he kindly executed what we agreed upon. That's after showing me a quote for each repair, so I knew exactly what it was going to cost me. He was respectful of my house, removing his boots at the door. He was efficient in doing the work. I really enjoyed having Miguel checking and fixing my system. I recomend him strongly. Naiad Irrigation Systems has a great asset in his person. AND I got to practice mi español!! 😃

  I've been a member with Naiad Irrigation for a few years now. Ever since Josaphat showed up on that very first day. Since that first day of inviting them to my irrigation issues they have been first class the whole time. Is their services pricey .... yes but completely worth every penny. They are professional, hard working, and always with a smile but mostly just know what the hell to do and fix the problems right the first time. Just enjoyed Miguel Monroy for my spring activation. Miguel identified some issues that needed correction. Boom no problem, friendly, professional, and a job done with pride. Can't recommend these irrigation professionals enough. The story continues with my enjoyment with the Naiad Irrigation Professionals. Dwight

  I use Niaid to service a very important client's property. Josaphat, Spencer, Scott and Miguel came out to do the spring start up at a property with approximately 40 zones. They were extremely thorough. They fixed all problems they came across including digging up and adjusting 38 heads that had sunk and tilted over time. They also installed a hose bib attached to the main line of the irrigation to make water accessible in a remote area. They were careful to inspect all irrigation boxes, assess the valves, run the system from the control panel, test every circuit in use from the control panel and assess and adjust the spray coverage of the entire property. Niaid is not cheap but if you want extremely comprehensive service this is the company for you. Other companies I have used do not circuit test, and do not check the actual functioning of every head on the property. Niaid will provide you with a report including pictures of everything they checked. You will get your money's worth and your system will work as effectively as it can. In my experience they fix problems during the start up and you won't need them again until winterization because everything works for the whole summer as it should.
