  > I came to the SE Calgary Leon's location to exchange my previous order after finding a different sofa on sale for $1427 on Leon's website. I called ahead to cancel and spoke to RAVI on the phone, and told him 3 times that the online sale price was $1427. > In-store, I was charged $1599 for the same sofa. If my wife hadn't caught the receipt before we left, I would have paid extra out of pocket for no reason. > For any customers shopping at this location, please "DOUBLE CHECK" your receipts before leaving the facility. They weren't even going to cancel my previous order untill, I yelled out Cancel full my oder Now. I hope there manager is reading this review. 09/09/26 > Very disappointing experience with the sales rep. I will never shop at this location again.

  Pax was very attentive and helpful with my remote purchase and delivery of a display model patio sectional. I'm very pleased with the Whispering Pines 3 piece sectional that I recently purchased at a reasonable price.

  I had an amazing experience with Leon’s! The delivery team was incredibly nice, respectful, and professional while delivering our furniture and packages. They were very careful around the house and treated everything with great care. I really appreciate their kindness, helpfulness, and support throughout the delivery. Great job, guys!

  I strongly advise against purchasing anything from the Leon's at CrossIron. Their after-sales support is completely unacceptable. I've been dealing with a warranty claim on a defective chair since May. A technician came out to inspect it, confirmed it was a warranty issue, and approved a replacement. It has now been over three months since that inspection, and I am still sitting here with a broken chair. The worst part isn't just the massive delay—it's the absolute lack of proactive communication from their customer care team. They never reach out to give you updates; I have had to constantly chase them down just to be repeatedly told that the replacement part is "shipped overseas" with absolutely zero estimated time of arrival. Once they make the sale, you are completely on your own. If you expect any level of customer service or support after they take your money, look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and shop at a furniture store that actually stands behind its products and respects its customers' time. Update after owner’s response to my review: Stop blaming the supplier. The real issue is that your team completely ignored me for over three months. I shouldn't have to chase you down or leave a 1-star public review just to force you to do your job. Your communication is pathetic, and your after-sales support is a joke. Do better.

  We visited the Leon’s CrossIron location yesterday to buy a recliner for my wife to use while feeding our one-month-old baby, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Our sales associate, DK, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to walk us through all of the glider recliners in the store, explaining the differences between each model and helping us find the best option for our needs. He was more than happy to let us take our time while my wife and I tested each recliner with our baby to see which one was the most comfortable for feeding. He also checked the inventory and availability of different models so we could get one as soon as possible. We eventually chose the Lucie Glider Recliner. Originally, we were told it wouldn’t be available until Saturday. However, when we called today to see if there was any way to get it sooner, the team went above and beyond by arranging to have the recliner transferred from the south Calgary store. When I arrived at around 6:20 p.m., the reception staff completed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. By 6:25 p.m., I was at the customer pickup area, and within less than a minute, another staff member had already confirmed my information, brought the recliner out, loaded it into my vehicle, and had everything ready for me to sign before I was on my way. I genuinely appreciate the friendliness, patience, and outstanding customer service from everyone at Leon’s CrossIron. From the sales experience to the pickup process, everything was smooth and stress-free. This was truly a perfect shopping experience, and I highly recommend this store!
