  We have recently ordered on line and phone call and our experiences have been exceptional. Everyone from the order desk, to customer service to delivery has been amazing.   We had a fantastic experience purchasing our new bedding! The mattress was delivered today, and it looks and feels great. A huge thank you to DK, the salesperson, for his incredible support. He stayed with us throughout the entire selection process, which made it so much easier for us to finalize our choices. He didn't just help us find the perfect mattress; he also ensured we selected the right mattress protector and pillows to complete the set. If you’re looking for patient, expert service and a seamless shopping experience, I highly recommend asking for DK!

  I strongly advise against shopping at this location. I placed an order totaling nearly $20,000, and over half of the items arrived damaged. It has been over two months, and I am still waiting for a replacement for my dining table with no resolution in sight. The management at this store is completely inept. I dealt with Khushi, who was dismissive and lacked even the basic professional skills required to resolve a high-value customer service issue. To be treated with such incompetence after spending this amount of money is unacceptable. This store operates like a scam—taking your money and failing to deliver quality goods or support. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  Was told product was in stock at their warehouse and would just need to be leather treated as we purchased the L2 5yr complete package. When the pick up date March 26 came and went we were told that not all pieces had arrived from the manufacturer, but the following week Wednesday it would be ready. (Guess they weren’t in stock) The following week was the same response. As we were leaving on holidays pick up was arranged for 3 weeks later. As promised we received a call that everything was ready. When we arrived to pick up the pieces, on inspection of the first piece, everything was still sealed in its packaging. The leather care treatment was not done. The staff quickly scrambled and offered to give us the stuff to do it ourselves or to give them some time to do it, as we were from out of town. When we returned to pick up the pieces, not one person helping load spoke even a word to us. Including the person who just handed me a clip board with a paper to sign. Although provided with a discount credit, I cannot say I recommend using this location.
