  If I could choose no stars I would have! Absolutely pathetic customer service at Red Deer North Store. An older guy in the yard became aggressive with me and wouldn’t open the gate when I wanted to leave the yard after it became clear that they screwed up my online order. The old guy told me his name is John as I left the yard and sarcastically said HAVE A NICE DAY! Nothing genuine about the way he said it. It’s as if Rona has absolutely no control over their staff and they treat customers like we are a hassle to them. This wasn’t the first time I had a bad experience at a Rona, but it will be the last time because I will never step foot in a Rona again. I thought about going directly to Rona Corporate with a formal complaint, but after reading some reviews online I figure what’s the point. There are so many negative reviews it’s just a matter of time before this company doesn’t exist anymore.

  It's an older store, but they have lots of freindly staff to give you a hand

  Ive been coming to this location for years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars. However, I went to return an item, guy with glasses at customer service desk and longer brown hair was pretty arrogant towards me. I told cashiers I would come back next day to get my refund as I didnt want to deal with him again.. He is the same guy was pretty arrogant towards me last year too. I think after I get my refund tomorrow I will spend and take my business elsewhere that will appreciate me and have better customer service.

  Worst lumber you could ever buy! If your fencing skip that store bought pickets for my fence ,all the planks or almost were tappered meaning width was less on the ends losing up to 1/2 inch, all of them were bowed, huge splits on the ends. Like if the mill did not had a properly aligned and square blade. Even after picking the least worst ones out of the bundles and prying them out etc im left with gaps and inconsistency on my fence since it took extreme pressure 200lbs of pressure to close gaps and switching board to match defect like a puzzle and the boards are under so much pressure that they pried back down. This was my first fence but dont do my mistake, buy proper wood inspect it. Because they wont be afraid to sell you garbage for thousands of dollars.

  Horrible service, from the service desk, no one offers help, the senior guy is so rude. Just needed a 10 dollar piece of trim cut in have to fit in my suv, looked at me and said, "well have you paid for it yet?" I said its 10 dollars can you please just cut it ? Nope. Atleast offer some nice service. Wont ever go there again. Guy is not cool.
