- AHAvery HawthornJul 1, 20261.0Horrible service, from the service desk, no one offers help, the senior guy is so rude. Just needed a 10 dollar piece of trim cut in have to fit in my suv, looked at me and said, "well have you paid for it yet?" I said its 10 dollars can you please just cut it ? Nope. Atleast offer some nice service. Wont ever go there again. Guy is not cool.

All the lot guys were so nice and helpful, and all seemed to enjoy their day, even on the miserable rainy day. I give 5 stars to them. They all seem to enjoy their job.

How do I find a product online?
Search using a keyword, product's name, Ronaâs article number, and brand or manufacturerâs model number. You can also browse the department to shop Ronaâs large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option âPick-up in storeâ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
