She was the saving grace on this sale after speaking with the manager. The only reason Aaron's in red deer is getting 5 stars is because of Chelsey. Roughly a month ago me and my partner went in to look for something that would fit our space better. We decided on Aaron's for the easy payments and went in to look around etc. After setting everything up and getting details worked out we called back a couple days later to figure out a delivery date and spoke to the store manager. She was absolutely nasty and rude and contradicting everything that was told to us without even checking to make sure what she was saying was true. Fast forward to today (August 12), we went to the store to ask questions on other pieces that match our living room set and the moment we walked in, the manager had a rude tone again without us even saying a word and then she walked away and was messing around in what appeared to be the warehouse area. If you go to this location, ask for Chelsey right away if you want excellent customer service.

How stupid are you guys. The lady who keeps calling about this has been contacted by a few people saying it's in the pawnshop not stolen at all and you give chances. Yes your store has great items furniture TVs stereos and computers which my spouse and I got before his passing but to actually believe a lier is a joke

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
