  Fantastic delivery service from Leon’s! 2 Person team brought up our new 3-seater sofa, which weighs a solid 290 pounds. They took incredible, exponential care handling it and navigating the space. Professional, strong, and highly recommended!

  Service excellent. Delivery very good. Nice that you can track the progress of delivery. Couch came on time. Mild off odour to couch not clean leather smell but slight off odour , ? Manufacturing tanning residual smell I think.

  Terrible service, would never do business with these people again. Was promised a brand new couch and instead they delivered us a used floor model. Wasted almost an entire month getting them to fix this problem, they just try to lead you in circles to avoid looking at the problem directly.

  One and done for purchasing from Leon’s. Their delivery timelines aren’t accurate with products sitting in warehouses in Winnipeg and Edmonton for weeks despite calls in asking for the item to be put on the next delivery truck to ensure delivery timeline of 6 weeks max was met. Well 6 weeks has passed, several phone calls to the Red Deer store only to be told it would be an additional 2-3 weeks on top of the 6 weeks quoted meanwhile the couch sat in Winnipeg for 2 weeks and now in Edmonton for almost 2 weeks. Took 3 phones calls and 1 email to their head office to get the couch on a truck from Winnipeg to Edmonton and now have been told the couch should finally be delivered this week from Edmonton. Also phoned the Red Deer manager - Mandeep - 3 times with no call back from him and no conversation with Mandeep. Save yourself the headache and frustration of having to make several phone calls on your own time just to get movement in the delivery process and don’t expect a call back from Mandeep either.

  The lady who help me as I wanted to buy bed pillows had me look at three pillows and I thought that was all of the pillows But out of the blue she told me there was more pillow to look at Next was she forgotten the pillow protector after I had purchased the pillows And last, I needed to go to the washroom and she told me she would wait up front of the store I went but she wasn’t there So I was yelling to let her know that I was up front
