  Extremely disappointed at Leons in Red Deer. This is the second time we have gone to their location, drawn in by advertising & sale specials. When we get there they don't have even a floor model or one in the warehouse to actually try out..sit on or see, other than a picture in a flyer. Who in this world making an informed choice or decision buys something you can't even see or try before you buy or pay for it!!! Absolutely ludicrous way to sell or buy something. If we could have given a negative 4 stars that is what the should have received...A previous & never again Customer.....

  From the no hassle staff that answered all of our questions, to no up selling and sales person was very easy to deal with. Wish we went here first before all the frustration of the other Big Box stores in Red Deer. Amazing selection and good pricing. Delivery time was very accurate and the Boys did an amazing job.

  Mike was our sales rep. He was awesome! It was home time for him when I called Leon’s, but he check and found out there was just one left. He was off the next day and said he’d stop by and finish the paperwork which he did in the morning. I never went into store. Did everything over the phone and paid with Leon’s great easy link! Everything was easy and simple thanks to Mike had next day delivery! A great experience!!!!! Drivers were time, they were polite and considerate They were really respectful of walls and doorways moving washing machine into place Connected washer Great service! 🙏🙏🙏🤗🤗🤗

  Great customer service from the sales floor (with Mike who made the task of purchasing new appliances stress free and enjoyable) all the way to delivery. I didn’t catch the men’s names who delivered but they were pleasant, courteous, and very efficient. Thank you for the great service all around!!

  Do not buy furniture here. They have the worst quality wood furniture, and when you call for warranty they say no you have to email this email address at the store. So I did and they took over a week to answer the email saying now they would send someone to look but they won't be there for weeks. Then this other company shows up and does a band aid fix on my bed and says the replacement is going to be months away. Meanwhile the warranty is ticking down on your furniture. I highly recommend getting your furniture somewhere else. These guys used to have good wood furniture but not anymore.
