- CTClara Traverse1 day ago1.0Don’t buy from this location. We needed an oven asap so we drove an hour to buy one from this store we called the day before to confirm we could buy one that day. When we arrived they told us we couldn’t buy it that day and would have to order one in. They agreed to sell us the floor model. After looking at a few and them not having any knowledge on the ovens my partner and I picked one we liked after doing our own research on it. After we tapped our card Roberta the women who was “helping us” told us its final sale and I don’t have a box. After we asked for help loading it into our truck we realized it was not safe to get it home. Never seen a furniture store not have a box … we drove back to the store after not even being able to leave the parking lot and asked for assistance Roberta made remarks to us like “ sounds like you aren’t prepared “ and “what’s a box going to do” never had worse service. Really disappointing. Roberta was very condescending and not kind at all.
- NRNick Richards1 day ago1.0I called from fernie asking if they had stoves to buy day of, unfortunately I showed up the next day and was told there is none to buy they have to be ordered. Roberta then sold me a stove off the floor as I needed one asap, Saying it was final sale, understandable. However I was never told they wouldn’t have a box for the stove that I could transport it in. I then asked for a refund not even leaving the parking lot with said item and was treated horribly saying I should’ve planned better. Roberta was nice up until the sale was finalized she then became rude and condescending boasting that she’s been working at the brick 14 years…. Don’t worry I can tell. Do not recommend doing business here. PS I hope I win the $1000 for my review ! :)

Absolutely. If you find the same brand and model currently advertised at a lower price by The Brick or a competitor within 30 days of pick up or delivery, then we'll refund you the difference. Some conditions apply. Check the Price Guarantee page on our website for full details.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
