- AMAngele MesserSep 25, 20265.0We were recently looking to replace our range and had quite specific preferences. A friend referred us to Shook at The Brick. This gentleman exemplifies customer service at its finest. Shook is welcoming, personable and takes the time to genuinely understand the needs of his customer. He ensured not just to quickly sell what was convenient but to educate us on the lesser known differentiators. Shook took the time to get to know us enough to ensure he was confident in the options he presented; he allowed us time to make an informed choice. We will hands down seek out Shook again for future needs and most highly recommend him to all! This man is a star 🌟
