After hitting 0 for customer service for 10 minutes, i transfered to appliances, asked to speak to the store manager after the 10 minute wait and i get a chuckle and put on another hold. I get being busy, but that was completely uncalled for, considering im calling about my security cameras that are missing components. Not impressed at all.

- WHWillem HSep 25, 20261.0Super inefficient system, I had to go to the lumber desk to buy some plywood, ok no problem. Ho to cash register seperatly to actually pay for product, ok still no problem. Go to lumber jard to find out they dont actually have the plywood i had already paid for, then have the lumber guy write up a return that i then had to take back inside to get a refund, to then have to go back to the lumber desk wait in line get something they acually had in-stock. Back to the cash register then back to the yard. Wasted about an hour of my time gor their mistake and just and oppsie. If you can buy from anywhere else in town you should, this place does not care about your time in the least.

Firstly I had to return the physical item to the yard, and they in turn gave me a slip of paper confirming what I had to return. I then had to take that to the Customer Service dept, who then put it back into their system and gave me a new piece of paper, which I then had to take to the cashiers to process the refund. At each stage I had to queue for the next available member of staff to serve me. Such a messy, lengthy process. Do better Rona.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase.
