Went in on Sunday to buy a dresser and dryer. Barry was lots of help with trying to make sure that my mom and i got the best deal to offer. He was even able to get me approved for a credit card within 5 minutes. Whole process was quick and easy and had the furniture delivered by friday. Thank you Barry!!

The Brick was very fair to deal with especially Warren our sales rep. Then the manager was able to arrange for delivery of other pieces that were in stock. Otherwise we’d have to wait till mid-June for the complete set.
However the delivery guys were a little rough getting it through the door.

Terrible customer service and extremely disappointing product quality. I would not recommend The Brick.
We purchased a powered sectional couch from The Brick in July 2025. When it was delivered, one of the cords was incorrect, which meant not all sections of the couch could be used properly. We brought the incorrect cord into the store and simply asked for a replacement. After multiple attempts, we still did not receive the correct cord.
We eventually asked if the correct cord could be ordered in and were told it would take three months. During that time, one of the working sections of the couch also stopped functioning. A technician came to look at it, and nearly two months later returned to “fix” it. He did bring the missing cord, but the broken section was still not repaired.
It is now May 2026, and we still have not had all sections of our brand-new couch working at the same time.
To make matters worse, we also purchased a microwave from The Brick for our renovation. Since we were waiting for the renovation to be completed, we did not open and install it within 30 days. When we finally did, we discovered it was missing all installation hardware, including brackets, screws, and venting adapters.
We called The Brick hoping to get the missing parts, but were told that because it had been more than 30 days since purchase, there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could order the parts, and was told only the operations manager could approve that. I was also told it was “hit or miss” whether the operations manager would even call me back.
Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Nothing we have purchased from The Brick has arrived complete and in proper working condition, and the customer service has been no help in resolving the issues. I would avoid purchasing from The Brick.

My wife and I were very impressed the way of sales employees. They are very well trained to provide informations for what we needed, and they were letting us decide what we really needed. We were taking time to decide, therefore, it was very relaxing shopping with them. The best service we felt was that sales person could speak multiple languages to make us feel better communicating to purchase furniture.
When furniture was delivered to my house, we were very impressed again. They were well mannered, and they were very careful carrying furniture into the house. They were very fast as well.
I haven't experienced very good service anywhere before. I was very satisfied with everything what they did.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
