  I had an excellent experience with Sentinel Storage. The staff were exceptionally helpful and compassionate as I arranged storage for my father’s belongings while we waited for extended care placement. They were patient, kind, and professional throughout the process. They guided me step by step, from choosing the right storage unit to understanding how to access it, use the locks, and manage everything properly. Their support made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I am very grateful for their care and service. The team was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage to anyone needing reliable storage and thoughtful customer support.

  I rented a storage unit for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. Kacie guided me through the process with patience and understanding. She explained all the details very clearly and emphasized the most important aspects of renting a storage unit. I would definitely recommend renting a storage unit with Sentinel Storage.

  Teresa and Kacie are absolutely amazing! They both have such positive attitudes and were always eager to help. They truly went above and beyond to assist me with setting up my account and answering all my questions. Highly recommend—these two are fantastic!

  Great experience overall. Teresa was especially helpful—professional, friendly, and really on top of everything. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions clearly, and went out of her way to make sure everything was handled properly. The facility was clean and well-managed too. Highly recommend this company, and big thanks to Teresa for the excellent service.

  I stored my car at Sentinel Storage in Lethbridge from mid-December to early April (about 3.5 months). When I first signed up, there was a promotion offering roughly half the regular rate, and I was informed that the standard rate would apply afterward. To my surprise, they extended the promotion and ultimately charged me less than I had expected. I was also late on one of my monthly payments, but the team was very understanding and even waived the late fee. As a businessperson myself, I truly appreciate this level of customer service—they went above and beyond. Additionally, storing a vehicle during the winter in Lethbridge can be challenging due to the cold weather. I expected potential issues, but my car was exactly as I left it—no damage and no problems starting. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which made the entire experience even better. A special thank you to Kristina and the entire team for their outstanding support and I highly recommend their services.
