Amazing service! Rylan came out to look at our sprinkler system because we weren’t getting enough water and quickly identified the problem. He gave us great recommendations and ended up fixing everything the same day, working an 11-hour day to get it all done! He also installed a new control panel and fixed several issues we didn’t know could be fixed so easily. Everything works perfectly now and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Rylan and Naiad Irrigation Systems for any sprinkler services!

Just had our Winterization completed and it was an amazingly hassle-free and efficient process. Followed a few simple steps summarized in an email prior to the appointment and didn’t even need to be home, which was great. On the day of the appointment, received a text from our technician Brendan advising he was on his way and a follow-up email after he was done with a report summarizing the process with pictures documenting each step. Wish every service from our other service providers could be as easy as Naiad makes it.

Naiad came to us when we bought the house a couple of years ago, and we've been very happy to continue the relationship because they're highly experienced, reliable, and great people to work with. I've always been very impressed with the members of their staff that I've met.
