  I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving Leon’s in Lethbridge and the lack of response afterward. On May 15, I observed two employees driving a Leon’s company vehicle pull over, exit the truck, and run across a roadway outside of a designated crosswalk to enter a cannabis store at approximately 9:37 a.m. Their actions created a dangerous situation, and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid an incident. The behavior appeared careless and unprofessional, particularly while associated with a company vehicle. I later contacted the store because I felt this raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, safety, and the operation of company vehicles. When I called, I was advised that no manager or supervisor was available. I explained the situation in detail because I believed it warranted immediate attention and at minimum a follow-up from management. Despite providing this information, I never received a return call. My concern is not simply about the incident itself, but about the apparent lack of urgency or accountability afterward. When customers trust a company with deliveries entering their homes and transporting expensive purchases, they expect professionalism and confidence that concerns involving company conduct will be taken seriously. The complete absence of follow-up left me feeling that customer concerns and public safety issues were not treated with the seriousness I expected.

  Don’t bother talking to the person there that describes her job as being the person who only answers the phone and takes payments. I had an urgent question about an adjustable bed I had delivered. She couldn’t answer it nor did she even try. Supposedly only the sales people could answer it and she wouldn’t even walk through the store to ask one of them. I was told by her that someone would phone me back and nobody ever did. I phoned numerous times over a couple of days and it was always her that I talked to. She was patronizing and glib in her attitude. My question has never been answered or responded to.
