- CSChloe Singer1 day ago1.0I’ve dealt with these guys a few times and I’d say everyone here has been good to me but TY the manager is such a JERK. I don’t understand how he’s even the manager he never makes sense I don’t know if HE even knows what he’s saying. I asked if I could pay the following Monday he said I’d have to pay a full month. Then I said what if I paid this Friday he says that, that is “less than a month” that the following Monday, on the 5th is half a month. So I said “what I’m confused” he starts talking to me in a clipped tone and super short and annoyed, saying the 5th is half a month, the 2nd is less than a month. If it’s a full month that is October 20th. I said “well why are you saying next Monday is a full month” he said “I don’t know” we started talking back and forth and upset I said I don’t know why you are so rude to me that I will pay next Monday and hung up. I even asked to talk to James the sales manager he said he was unavailable but I was told to talk to him months ago because I didn’t want to talk to Ty because of his horrible people skills and his ability to find a way to be a jerk at any conversation. Glad to be done w this place. Ty wrecks it for the rest of the staff makes people not want to buy from them. I wanted to thank the men who picked up my mattress and bring them coffee because of how kind they were about me rushing out but I never want to go into Aaron’s as long as there are employees like Ty there.

Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
