But after my last experience will definitely make the drive into the city for Home The confusion was a mix of local store level as well as website error. I Have renovated my entire house too to bottom Buying all my supplies at this store And when it came time to order my tile for the bathroom, I ordered that as well. The website let me calculate and order the amount of tile I needed. I received a call the next day from store level saying the tile might actually be ready the following day.. 3 1/2 weeks later, I am still waiting for that tile And have been told it’ll be here tomorrow And then the next day, I’m told now it’s not coming, And then finally, I’m told it’s no longer available. We have to cancel your order. 3 1/2 weeks with a project on hold. Tried calling corporate to see if I could get some kind of answer as to what went wrong and the lady pretty much told me we can’t help you sorry. Always been really happy with this store customer service. But after this last experience, not so much

Sure enough, panels didn’t fit in my car and I had to return them. It’s one thing if your saw is broken, it’s another to lie about it. What a waste of time.

- JPJess PayneJun 26, 20261.0Alright I called asked for a certain type of shelf boards and assistance 4 times called before picked up Drive down cause I was told they were availible they were not Found some other boards that would work was jerked around on price Now I spent a ton on a very expesive cedar fence all the 6x6 so called presure treated posts warped after a few weeks in the ground there in 3 feet of concrete not an easy fix so im gonna say avoid rona leduc Go some where where they treat you well and the product is not bunked!!!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase.
