    Very nice, took plastic and cardboard away....and put legs on. So much better than last time....but only 1 of the 2 chairs came??

    Original stove purchased came w convection fan not working. Five day late delivery as driver sick apparently and no back up. Had to chase after getting a replacement. Staff in store were good to work with when I showed up in person. Had to take another model which was ok, cost less. Wld have preferred cash back . Settled for a store credit. Only 3 day wait for delivery this time.

    I recently bought a Whirlpool dishwasher from The Brick and was told it was one of the quieter versions to replace our 9 year old model. Waited 2 months for it and then picked it up and installed 2 days after pickup. Ran the dishwasher and found out it is not quiet at all and very disappointed in the quality and soundproofing of the dishwasher. I want to return it and upgrade to a Bosch but because it was more then 48 hours after pickup, The Brick will not allow a return after 48 hours (and this was not stated by the salesman). Now I am stuck with a noisy dishwasher that will be replaced by my old one and The Brick is not backing the quality of product they sell. Customer service told me I am out of luck and have to keep the poor quality unit.
