- JAJoe AndersonMay 4, 20261.0Horrible experience at Rona Fort Mcmurray today. I tried to buy some white gravel which I had bought three last year and was on sale now. No rock products available besides a couple of left over pallets out front front last year. Asked the yard person for help and he told me to go out back to their back yard. You can barely fit a vehicle inside gates. Wood everywhere with nails I walked the entire yard and could not find gravel. The yard workers would not bring any out to me until I went inside and asked for my money back. Brutal customer service! Home Hardware it is now. Thanks Rona Fort Mcmurray!

I go there, grab 4, no lids. We had a young girl tell us there were none. 🤦🏼♂️. Then a 2nd lady said, let me go look, she can’t find them. Finally after 30 minutes, I had enough. I asked to be reimbursed. As I getting my money back, the manager comes up to me and says, we found them in the outside warehouse, we are getting them now! 506 bins in stock and the lids are no where near them?????? Do better Rona.

- JPJenelle Legge PhilpottFeb 24, 20261.0Do NOT recommend buying appliances there. The sales person was nice until the sale was finalized. We got our fridge and it was damaged. We wanted a new one and we never heard from the sales person again. We dealt with a different sales person only to be told lies over and over. 3 weeks later and still dealing with returning a fridge. The manager was no help in fixing or honoring what the sales person promised. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Search using a keyword, product's name, Rona’s article number, and brand or manufacturer’s model number. You can also browse the department to shop Rona’s large selection of items.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?
When you receive an email from us telling you that your order is ready for pick-up, simply go to your selected store and locate the pick-up zone poster. You must bring your identification.
When my order is ready, how long will I have to pick it up?
