He belittled and patronized me in front of 10+ customers, accused me of lying saying I, my husband or my toddler damaged the product, laughed at me and accused me of lying when I said I’ve run businesses before and understand how a P&L works (I have run 3 successful businesses but now am a stay at home mom so apparently have lost all experience). Said that if I tried to escalate it to customer service, they wouldn’t do more for me than him offering a $50 gift card, and when I told my husband, Matthew lied and said he DIDN’T say that, even though our realtor was standing right there and heard the entire thing. He brought me to tears from embarrassing me in front of so many people then laughed in my face. Rona does not have hassle free returns, they do not adhere to their return policy, and their manager at this location is extremely rude and misogynistic. Highly recommend any women to shop at home hardware and to avoid supporting this business.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Do you deliver and from what amount of purchase?
Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. We also offer truck delivery for items that are not eligible for parcel delivery, such as appliances and patio sets. This service is available in most of our stores at the cost of $79. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
