Three men delivered my love seat, two dresser units, and a t.v. furniture unit. The lads were efficient, friendly, and moved things around when I asked for some adjustments. The only blemish was one of the guys showing me instructions on his phone that indicated the t.v furniture unit was for me to put together, not them. I'm on crutches and can not do this. The lads forgot to leave me a cleaning kit for my loce seat apparently, and they brought that to me a few minutes after they left. I definitely would buy from The Brick again.

BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
We bought a dryer machine, and paid warranty, we didn’t use it. It is the time to get it back, every time we go they say it not the time yet. Last time they said after new year you could come back at anytime to get it back. Now when we went back they said it’s already expired before new year, and we lost it. you should have came before new year, which we already did 3 times but they say not the time yet. Also, now they said in order to use the warranty, we have to purchase any furniture of 400$ in order to use the warranty! At the time they didn’t mention anything when we bought the dryer. Very bad service!!! They just want to get money. They don’t care about their customers!!!! They refused to get the manager to talk to us!! Watch where you go!!!

Great store with great staff, but unfortunately, I purchased an on sale clearance twin bed two weeks ago. When I get home, I noticed that the bed didn’t come with assembly parts. I got back to store and discussed issue with them. It ended up with no parts, no replacement, and up to this date the twin bed is in my backyard with parts to assemble it. I tried to purchase on my own parts and I went Home Depot, Edmonton nuts and bolts and Canadian tire and nothing was found.

Terrible. Delivery people complained immediately. Did not even try to deliver the box’s “into the home and into the living space they will be used” they Left all the box’s outside for myself (who has a grade 2 mcl injury) as well as my disabled elderly parents to move the box’s upstairs and into the living space. Which was a paid for option, instantly rude and ignorant when I tried to give ideas. Box’s were successfully moved by 2 elders and a disabled 30 year old on a limp knee. 5 delivery men could not figure it out. What are we doing and who are we hiring. It’s time to hire people with simple common sense.

I purchased a fridge from The Brick at the beginning of 2023 and made it clear to the salesperson that it was for business use. I was then sold an extended warranty, which gave me peace of mind at the time.
Fast forward to now—the fridge has stopped working. A technician was sent out to diagnose it, only for me to be told that because the unit is in a commercial building, the warranty would not be honored. This was never explained at the time of purchase.
Since then, I’ve had to pay out of pocket for multiple service calls. Majority of appliance repair companies won’t even touch a Hi Sense fridge.. I finally found Two separate technicians told me the part couldn’t be sourced. I eventually found the part myself and hired a third technician to install it—only for the fridge to still not work.
At this point, I’m out nearly $500 in service fees and parts that didn’t fix the issue. The Brick has simply refunded the warranty (which should never have been sold to me in the first place) and refuses to provide any further assistance.
Had I known the warranty would not apply, I would not have purchased this fridge. I feel completely misled at the time of sale and very disappointed in how this has been handled. I have tried speaking to someone to be told that it is their busiest time of year and that she will try her best to get the manager to call me back - once they have your money they don’t care about anything else.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
