I had a very disappointing experience with The Brick. From the beginning, the employee I dealt with was rude and did not answer my questions properly. I felt like my concerns were ignored instead of being helped.
The experience got even worse when they sent someone to pick up my stuff. The person was not helpful at all and provided very poor customer service. Overall, the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected much better service and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I face very bad coustomer service with the bricks. We buy appliances from the bricks on 17th june .and technician will come to fit the appliances on 18th june. He came on 18 june and fit the fridge, microwave and dishwasher but in washer dryer he told me like the size is not match with the machine so at the same day I call my builder and with in 2 hours it fix and I am trying to calling bricks to install my dryer and washer today is 30th june and every day I call and coustomer service person take my details and told me our technician will call back .I call brick 6 to 7 times every time told the same thing our technician call back.but we didn't receive any call. After doing multiple calling coustomer service department told like we can not do anything. Technician will call back. Now it is very frustrating.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Brick’s delivery service. I was promised that I would receive a 3-hour delivery window the day before and a phone call before delivery. Instead, I only received a call when the delivery team was already at my door.
At the time, I was at a cardiology appointment that I could not miss. I asked the delivery team if they could wait just 30 minutes, but they refused and left. I had specifically requested only a 1-hour notice before arrival so I could make arrangements, but that never happened.
To make matters worse, the store told me I would have to reschedule the delivery and pay another delivery fee, even though the issue was caused by their poor communication and failure to follow what they had promised. Very frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service.

Very disappointing delivery experience.
We waited almost two weeks for our washer and dryer to be delivered. Before the delivery, we made sure the path was clear and cleaned up the area so there was enough room for the delivery team to move the appliances into the house.
However, when the three delivery workers arrived, they seemed to decide the job was too difficult. Instead of trying to complete the delivery, they took pictures under a table—something completely unrelated to moving the appliances—and sent them to their manager as an excuse to refuse the delivery. They then left without delivering anything.
To make matters worse, one of the workers was rude and had a bad attitude toward my wife.
This was a complete waste of our time after waiting so long. We expected professional service, but instead we received excuses and poor customer service. I hope The Brick in South common this issue and trains its delivery staff to treat customers with respect and complete the job they are hired to do.

I am giving 2 stars for the corporate store prices.
Some of the sales staff are so lazy to get a hold of. In one of my earlier visits, I spoke to an elderly female staff. I told her I would have to look around other stuff, before purchasing that product. When I finished looking around, I approached another female staff member and she processed the order. The first female returned, got offended and started to complain. It was a very cheap attitude as it is not a customer's job to play hide and seek with the staff.
As per the attached photos/video I bought an LG washer/dryer set from here. I wasn't at home when the products were delivered and installed. My wife did not notice any damage on the washer. There was some vibration noise coming from the washer as per the attached video. I had to contact LG regarding that. LG sent a technician and he noticed the damage on the washer as per the attached photos. Technician advised us to contact Brick for a product replacement. Brick store did not take the responsibility of the product damage. Brick does not accept the product damage claim if reported after 48 hours. On both occasions when the products were delivered/installed and when the technician came to check the product, I was not at home. When I returned home, I brought it to their attention and as almost everywhere else sales/service staff do not bother once a sale is complete.
I would strongly advise to have a delivery from Brick but have the aplliances installed by some third party professional installer. It appears that their delivery drivers are not professionally trained to perform a quality install of the appliances.
Also, I wouldn't recommend to buy their expensive product warranty for several years, it's not worth it since they do not stand behind the products they sell. I did buy the warranty initially and later I canceled it.

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
