I’m only leaving 1 star because google won’t allow me to leave 0. Ensure you have everything in line before giving them your money. They will not volunteer that anything is a final sale, what conditions qualify for returns, or even listen to your concerns at all. Once they have made the sale they are completely uninterested in anything else
Bought a range and didn’t realize that countertop depths aren’t a standard measurement. Delivery team noted we had 48 hours to return for any reason. Went to talk to someone and were told thats not the case and the range is only returnable if there’s manufacturers defects.
Every other appliance seller I’ve ever dealt with offers some level of customer care or return policy
I would strongly recommend you never purchase from or deal with the brick for anything. There are far far better companies locally

Do not waste your money on the extended warranty. Multiple reviews with multiple people having the same issues. The people in store are not truthful and lie about the warranty and what it covers and then when you need it you find out the truth. Customer service was rude and not helpful. This will be the last time we shop at the Brick and hopefully this will prevent someone else from falling for the same mistake and wasting their money. Not sure how many people need to complain about this for something to change. Just avoid this place and save yourself the headache.

Asked for help on some night stand options, was told to go to the other side of the store and a sales rep told me to just look and nobody came back…. Waited over 20 mintues while 3 sales rep were recording the event set up on there phone using snapchat….. quality of service went down here…..

We needed to replace our fridge and had a new one delivered. The process was quick and easy but I want to say a huge thank you to the delivery staff who helped move out the fridge for a new one! EDIT: After 2 weeks of waiting they sent me a replacement which had everything but the damaged items I initially asked to have replaced. The delivery guys were embarrassed.
After calling in and asking to have the product returned they promised to come and pick it up today which of course never happened and I had to call in , again , to reschedule for another time. Yet they still holding my money as they keep messing up , even when it comes to returns 🤦♀️

Ps the manager never called so don't bother asking for one
Made over 1k purchase a month ago and was told it will be delivered after 5 days -never happened
After 3 weeks of waiting , product came in damaged in multiple places and they offered 13$ back for inconvenience
After declining this ridiculous offer they promised a replacement (this was 10 days ago ,nothing yet)
Asked to speak with a manager 3 weeks ago, still waiting for his call
Month later - no product,no manager call but the money is gone
Don't be stupid as me by going to a " big store" for a "better reputation " they will mess up your purchase, make promises,offer you a ridiculous solution and will never call you back

Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
