My girlfriend and I bought a sectional, TV stand, and coffee table from The Brick. We showed up an hour before it closed. The salesman told us if we pick something out today he would give us a better deal and also free shipping. We didn't plan on rushing to purchase something that quickly but I wanted a good deal and free shipping sounded great. We rushed to choose what we wanted while the salesman did the Flexi Credit for 36 month equal payments np interest. First he asked how much to apply for and he said $10,000. I was like absolutely not lol. I said $5000 and that's even pretty high for what we actually needed. What does he apply for? $6000 without my permission. I wasins of having second thoughts on making such a rushed purchase so I asked if we could come back tomorrow which the salesman said well I don't work tomorrow. So we ended up rushing to choose what we wanted. We found some nice furniture but had to make some compromises for having such a short amount of time. We sit down to see what kind of price we can get everything for. Now the salesman makes up some story about how the price of the furniture is already heavily discounted. I came to find out later it was not and he had lied. Then I asked about the shipping and he gave me the run around abought how we are already getting a great deal. I didn't want my girlfriend to be disappointed after selecting what she liked so I just went ahead with the purchase. Even after the purchase was done the salesman was being pushy saying we can come back the next day to purchase other things we said we needed. I thought he said to us before he was off the next day. Super shady! I came to find out later the salesmanied to us multiple times about everything. Bait and switch! Nothing worse than shady salespeople. We planned on buying bedroom furniture and other things but not from The Brick that's for sure. Never again. Be careful of shady sales practices!

From the initial call to delivery was excellent. The sales manager was awesome to deal with.
The delivery was quick, the drivers were polite. They wore their wet shoes into my condo. They left trash behind; empty boxes, plastic, tape and some debris left on the floor.

I believe The Brick used a third party for delivery and their delivery service was as excellent as the sale in-store. Firstly they communicated regularly and were on-time. Despite the challenges faced with the delivery of the item to my apartment, their service was very courteous.
Based on that experience, I'm eagerly looking forward to purchase from The Brick and using their delivery service again!

The two gentlemen from The Brick were on time, polite and worked well together overall, to replace the old dryer with the new one ordered. The washer and dryer are located on the second floor of the house. I noticed, however, that instead of taking the old dryer away first, they brought the new one into the house first. This caused a problem as there was not sufficient space in the upstairs hallway for both appliances. So, they backed the new dryer into one of the bedrooms and removed the dolly so they could use it to remove the old dryer. This caused a stain on the carpet, which I noticed later and had to clean. Small logistical detail, but it would have been easier and faster with no cleaning necessary if old dryer had been removed first. Other than that, great job!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
