we got our couches at the downtown location edmonton just to look at couches it was for my wife she was diagnosed with cancer and she just wanted to look at couches your salesman saw we were looking at couches and after talking to us for awhile i said we may have to wait because we live out of town and me and my wife who also have 2 small children wouldn't be able to build the couch and he assured us and said ohh no no no they will build it there i promise you so fast wayward i pay a 200 dollar delivery fee i think around there but since i needed to move my couches downstairs for the new couches i paid someone another 120 dollars to drive an hour away to come to my house to help me then he left and the couches showed up a few hours later plopped in my living room in huge boxes and then says see ya and i was like i was told you were building them and they said nah we dont build couches outside of town??? so now i ad to pay that guy another 150 dollars to come back help me build the couches which were missing insstructions and 2 peices and on top of that i called to complain and they just basically said well that sucks you bought the couches so and then the guy offered me a 50 dollar credit for the mix up ??? like what is that going to do delivery fee 200 plus 150 for someone to drive an hour to help me plus another 150 for someone to come back and help me build the couches thats 500 extra dollars that your employees scammed out of a cancer patient it is disgusting not to mention the salesman kept talking about how he makes commission so he would like it to be him and one more thing for the icing on the cake we were promised 2 radios for free because we bought 2 couches that were more then 900 dollars then they told us it was only 1 and that they were out of stock so i would have to drive a few hours to get one like ridiculous

Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. Was verbally told assembly was included with my delivery — it wasn’t. The delivery team showed up and left me with an unassembled bed and zero accountability. After multiple calls, The Brick took days to arrange a third-party assembler. When they finally showed up, the bed came out of the box damaged. I have been forced to follow up at every single step with no proactive communication from The Brick whatsoever, and I still don’t have a functional bed.

My salesperson was helpful and remained nearby with information and any questions I had without making my shopping experience uncomfortable with high pressure sales. Then after my purchase the delivery window and updates were accurate. I got a phone call when they were nearing my location. The two gentlemen delivering were so careful, respectful and friendly. Everything from start to finish went smoothly.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
