Excellent customer service and good quality, in the WEM store Rizz went above and beyond on answering all my questions and demoing the product for me and my wife, shout out to him. This is the first and last time I will attempt shopping at The Brick. I will say the employees that we spoke to were very kind and helpful; shoutout to Siddique was was very responsive to our concerns. The purchase of our washertower went smooth, but the experience with the delivery team is something I will attempt to put into words. They arrived on our delivery date, took a walk through the house and declared that the washer tower was too tall to fit... where you might ask? Well that story changes with every phone call to customer service after they left without delivering our machine. First, it was that it was too tall period (they didn't even take it out of the truck). Second, it was too tall for the stairwell, even though the tower is 76 inches tall and the clearence was over 80. Third, there was a large vent in the way in the utility room that would damage the machine. Once again, the vent is also at 80 inch height. When I finally went to the store for our refund, I was told the delivery team declared there was not enough space for where the vent kit was to be placed with the unit. The funniest part of all of this is that when the delivery team walked through the house they did not take a single picture and did not measure any area of "concern." We were able to get our refund. The Brick did offer us the option to attempt another delivery or swap out of item, so I will give them that. It takes a lot for me to write a review like this, but I want others to not waste their time as I have.

Delivery team Adan and James were terrific, politely waited a few minutes as I finished cleaning beneath the old Whirlpool range, answered my q’s about their deliveries today, and closed my front door against the bugs — especially mosquitos. Thank you! Joan

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
