The delivery guys were lazy and all they did was complain and then refused to set up our adjustable bed that we were assured they would set up. They told me I had to take 2 sides off my bed frame. When I googled how to set it up they were wrong it fits right inside the bed frame. They delivered it on a Sunday and they just wanted to get through their day both guys were completely out of shape and left everything everywhere, couldn’t even carry the pillows upstairs. I was told all garbage would be taken away and when I asked him inbox everything he refused with another idiotic excuse lazy lazy lazy never again if I even keep this….

Absolutely terrible experience with this store and their warranty service. I purchased a sectional with warranty coverage, and when I filed a claim, they first told me they would order the replacement part. After waiting over a month, they suddenly called back saying the part is unavailable. Their “solution” was offering me only a small store credit and some discount on a future purchase, even though the same sectional now costs almost double what I originally paid.
What’s even worse is the customer service. Nobody answers the phone, and the warranty manager has been the worst person I’ve ever dealt with in any kind of warranty claim. My calls were constantly ignored or declined, and I’ve been chasing them for almost 2–3 weeks with no proper response or resolution.
The quality, warranty, and customer service are all extremely disappointing. Don’t waste your money here. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere that actually values customers and stands behind their products

From my online ordering experience to the final delivery 2 days later, everything was as I always thought it should be. Even the tracking link for the delivery worked flawlessly.
No other delivery with other companies ever worked this good.
The only feedback I have is, you should make your extended warranty section more prominent. I was watching out for it but don't think I saw it. Now, after it's already been delivered I am going to have to go back to the website, or phone, to see how much and for how many years of warranty I am going to buy.

My experience with the Brick has been terrible and I will not be going back to the Brick for anything. Everything including, the sale process, installation, quality of product, and service/warranty has been a challenge and disappointing.
- In retrospect, the salesman did not know the product and services (sold venting equipment for a ventless dryer and delivery + installation in a community that the brick subcontracts will not install. the delivery crew actually showed up with the unit and wanted to just drop it off. They would not install (insurance reasons), despite what had been purchased and paid for).
- The product was working but very poorly for just over 1-year so a manufacturer's warranty claim was not submitted.
- The product became very faulty and unusable (electronics and operation are glitchy) after 1 year and i am still pursuing some sort of resolution from our 5-yr warranty.
The Brick is happy to have me follow-up with the 3rd party insurer and ignore the terrible experience. In my opinion, they have not prioritized customer experience or stood behind the quality of their products.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
