  I couldn't believe how cheap the cost is,first I didn't believe but Zobia explained to us that they have a promotion going on now that 1st month is free. I just needed storage for a month so I ended up paying for only registration fees which is about $30. And I got 10×25 storage for free for whole month!! Thank you again Zobia for your help and kindness. The place looks very nice and clean.

  I was asked 3 times in a not pushy but reiterating kind of way to leave a review. It felt like the review being mentioned had some sort of commission base to it because of how it was being mentioned. As a result, she wanted a review she is getting a review. Firstly, I do not appreciate any business pushing in any way leaving a review. It creates a biased environment in my eyes. Also, asking for a review before you have even used the facilities is beyond retarded. There should be an email sent after 1 or 2 weeks to ask how the facilities are, how the staff are. Asking immediately upon signing a contract is just plain stupid. I genuinely don't know if the place is good because i havent used it yet but like I said they wanted a review. I believe the front desk staff are helpful but, they seem to push to certain potentially more lucrative long term units. They offer a truck for moving things at a hidden cost. I found out that cost is approximately 300 a day or renting a locker at full price they throw the truck in for free for move in only. I am the last living member of my family and I have no dependents. I was told I cannot rent a unit unless I provide an emergency contact. I do not have an emergency contact. This feels discriminatory to those of my circumstances. I had to put a long distance friends name down in order to rent a unit. I feel like this practice of no contact no rent needs to be revisited. I never asked for a lock. I never mentioned a lock. Front desk not only mentioned it twice they charged me for one without asking if I wanted to purchase one, you can get a lock cheaper at walmart but not much cheaper. They also charged me for their most expensive lock rather than a standard one. This is a scummy practice. They tend to have multiple offers on the go at once but they cant be combined. The staff try to steer you to one offer over another, it feels commission-y. They seem sales focused, with up selling A part of the pitch. I didn't have a lot of pros vs cons while sitting in the office. Front desk was knowledgeable, willing to show units to gage size of need. If you need storage they are probably as good as any. They are definitely better than U Store It across the driveway. Tldr - subtly pushy, steering to bigger unit tactics, sell things you didn't ask for, have a zero refund policy so, when you are sold something you dont want you are screwed.
