Honestly, we were both excited walking through the rows of storage lockers and I even told her I felt like I was on an episode of *Storage Wars*! It was such a fun and unique experience for us. Sabrina took the time to explain everything clearly, from what to expect to all the details and paperwork involved. They also had a great promotion available which was definitely a nice bonus. But what really impressed us was the customer service. Sabrina was incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough. She answered every question we had and even made sure our access codes were working and properly registered before we left. I haven't rented from any other storage facility before, but based on this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again. Great prices might bring people in, but outstanding customer service is what keeps them coming back. From the helpful lady I spoke with on the phone (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) to Sabrina at the facility, everyone was wonderful. Thank you for making our first storage rental experience such a positive one!
