The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt safe and secure. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our rental period. I would definitely recommend Sentinel Storage North West to anyone looking for a reliable storage space in the area.

Her out of the box thinking and willingness to explore alternatives to address our very unique requirements with multiple units made all the difference. She phoned back regularly, which was unexpected but welcome. She did not give up where most companies would barely try to address our needs. Her commitment is exceptional. We’re very happy we went with Sentinel!

I needed a drive to storage unit but they were all used up. She did show me a different size that was longer but I didn't need it. So I asked for an outside one at a different location in which the other lady (I forgot her name) found one about 5 minutes away for me. I do appreciate their had work in trying to help me out. Great customer service to the both of them! I would recommend this establishment to others.
