  Price for a small unit ( 5x10 ) is fine for the discounted 4 week period You can get this for an additional 4 week period! If you’re only looking for a 30 day period, you are charged for the full 8 week period! In all fairness you are able to get it prorated for the regular price of $1200 + or $330. Their prices are in line with their competition and they have no discounts! I’m not sure if I am going to help friends , who don’t have a “active credit card,” again! I’m just trying to pay forward, lol !

  Margarida M. provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made the rental process quick and easy, and I felt confident that my belongings would be secure. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access.   After a frustrating start dealing with the call centre, I called the Sentinel Storage location on Manning and had the pleasure of speaking with Tara. She completely turned the experience around. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to find the perfect unit size for our needs. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. Tara is excellent at what she does, and she’s a great example of what great customer service should be. Thank you for making a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!

  Tara is absolutely amazing. This woman I don't think gets enough praise for the work and PR that she does for the clients and the company. She goes above and beyond I'm honestly relieved and happy that I chose this location and have the luxury of dealing with her. I'm renting storage because of my suite that flood and the whole situation has been super stressful and it means alot to have some of that stress taken off dealing with people like her 💜
