⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience at Sentinel Storage on 11106 151 St NW. I won the auction for Unit 217 through Bid13, paid the buyer’s fee, and received confirmation. However, when I arrived to collect the contents, staff told me the unit had been “reclaimed” and I could not take anything. I understand that auctions can be cancelled, but finding this out only after arriving is unacceptable. I wasted my time and made an unnecessary trip. The facility and auction platform need to coordinate better and notify buyers promptly when a unit is no longer available. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to buy from this location again.

Very friendly and helpful employees! Jason was awesome! He made the storage rental experience pleasant and smooth unlike it can be with other storage facilities. Jason worked hard to find the perfect unit for me and even went out of his way to make sure I had a payment plan that matched my needs. The staff here are great, super accommodating and understanding. I will recommend the High Park location and Sentinel Storage to all my friends and family !
