  I had an extremely frustrating experience with Sentinel Storage. Their AI phone system is a complete mess. There's no clear path to a human. And if you can't get your gate code or access your account, you're just stuck. I couldn't get in and then I couldn't even create an online account because it requires the very code I couldn't get. The whole setup feels unreliable and frankly careless. If access and basic support matter to you, look elsewhere.

  I rented a 10×10 ft storage unit while I was moving, and Sentinel Storage was a great choice. The customer service is friendly, and the long operating hours make it very convenient to access your belongings whenever you need them. The self-service setup makes dropping off or picking up items easy. There are also 8–9 trolleys available, motion-sensor lights throughout the storage area, and a clean bathroom on the main floor. Overall, the facility is clean, convenient, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind while storing my belongings. I would definitely recommend Sentinel Storage.

  My wife and I visited your facility to rent a storage unit. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted us was rude, discourteous, and spoke to us in an aggressive manner. The employee claimed that the system was not working and told us to come back at another time. However, the computer monitor was clearly on, and the employee had just been assisting the customer before us. This explanation did not seem credible. I had driven a considerable distance through heavy traffic to reach your facility, and I certainly did not expect to be treated in such an unprofessional manner. Before visiting, I had reviewed your website and the advertised rental rates, so I arrived with a clear understanding of the available options. After leaving the facility, we contacted your head office to report the employee's behavior. To our disappointment, our concerns were dismissed. Even more surprisingly, we were told that the prices displayed on the website were not important and that only the price quoted by the staff at the facility would apply. This experience left us with the impression that customer service, transparency, and customer satisfaction are not priorities for your company. We found the entire experience both disappointing and unprofessional.
