- DRDan RondeauOct 2, 20262.0I wouldn't recommend this place for installs. The people are nice enough and quality of work is acceptable, but it is very hard getting a hold of people. Spotty on getting a call back. Had a contractor come out to do an estimate, and they forgot to put it in the system- forgot about it all together. Then the install came with incorrect parts, said they'd replace it, but then forgot about it and forgot to order the parts. Plus they book over a month out. They obviously have too many jobs on the go to forget all of these things and book so far out, so I don't think they need the work. I'd suggest looking anywhere else.

- DDDMK2514Sep 15, 20261.0Beware!! Don’t even think of buying appliances from this store! My dad bought a range from this store with the warranty. The glass top cracked by itself for no reason. The stove was turned off an hour before and my parents were in the living room and heard a crack. They went to the kitchen trying to figure out what the sound was a saw the crack in the glass top. If I and could give them a zero star I would, they’ve been sending emails back and forth for the past month and calling them and they refuse to give them another one or even repair it. They even went to the store and talked to a sales associate and showed them the pictures. The lady said they were suppose to give them another range. They’ve been without a stove top for the past month!!!! We will never ever buy from them again.

What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?

If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
