    Great Canadian hardware supply store, good selection of quality things. I like the equal no interest payments for online. I would drop the Craftsman brand for Milwaukee as many trades people would buy at Rona for Milwaukee. Then you’d get 4 stars from me

    I frequent this Rona and the Home Depot on the West End. The people that work at this, Rona are all miserable and rude all the time. When you go to the Home Depot, the employees are genuinely happy to help you or talk to you. I don’t know what it is, but everyone at this Rona even people that have worked here when it was Lowe’s are super miserable to customers. The employees here might still cash you out fine or be able to help. They’re just in a miserable mood doing it. I can get my mission accomplished shopping at the store, but I felt like I needed to leave A review after hundreds of visits seeing at all these sad human beings. I’m still gonna shop here as certain things are stocked that I need but y’all need to throw them a pizza party or something

    Needed to get replacement asphalt roof shingles, to replace missing shingles before a storm, and none were on the shelf. Tyler came along and was able to find and provide a bundle for me. Very much appreciate his level of service in going above and beyond!!

    Unfortunately, this location gets 2 stars, however, it was delivered in the end. They need better language and systems. I ordered a gift card for my mom, who lives out of province. When I ordered it I assumed it was an e gift card or that I would be given a choice between that and a physical one. There is no signage on the website saying it will be physically shipped to you. At least I got the impression it was an e gift card. (Some company’s say “shipped” for an e gift card too so it can be confusing! Haha). Anyhow, no choice okay, I guess they will send it via email since they have my address. They also took my shipping address as they normally do. I get an email saying it is on its way. Okay great. 2 days later it says something of the same thing and I’m like, it’s an egift card what’s taking so long? Last day, I get notification from purolater saying my shipment is on its way to me. (This is for my mom, she’s in another province). Ok, maybe they can do something, one customer sales agent suggested “just mail it to her when you receive it”. I retorted “I shouldn’t have to”. What company this big doesn’t have e gift cards these days? Anyhow, I asked this location Rona if the Rona store closest to my mom would keep a gift card there for her to pick up and they said no. Quite a frustrating experience. Especially when you have to speak with 4+ different customer service agents after being transferred so many times. After I spoke with someone I re routed the gift card to my mom and she got it in a few days. I ordered this on May 4th thinking it would get there in plenty of time on the 9th. But she just got it today, the 12th.

    Bought 14 bags of soil nobody around to help me load. Terrible service, had to take pictures of the signs the clerk couldn't find the product in her book. Brutal!!
