  Lost a customer for life. After 2 wrong deliveries in 2 weeks: I had a delivery scheduled for August 1 (deck boards). I ordered 20(10’) and 4(12’). When I opened the delivery it was wrong. They gave me 20(8’) and 4(10’). I have my receipt in front of me stating exactly my what I ordered, I called the store, spoke to Akon(?) she said there are no deliveries until August 4th. We NEED to build this deck today based on our schedules. She said she would call me back in 1 hour, when her manager arrived, this was 1:30pm. I called the store back at 3:09pm to which a man stated they would have someone call me back. At 3:51pm (2.5 hrs late) Akon called me back to explain they would send me the appropriate order on August 4!! I spoke to the manager Jason. He said the same. I’m furious because we need the order today. So I’m stuck finding a truck myself, going to the store to drop off the remaining delivery they sent me and then pickup the order they were supposed to deliver on August 1?!?! We had to use what we could with what they had given us because we need this done today’s. Jason said they will refund us the delivery charge, ONLY. So they delivered the wrong order. They couldn’t make it right for days later, I have to get a truck, return the order they delivered and then buy the wood they should have delivered and he thinks paying me back the original delivery fee is acceptable?! This doesn’t even compensate me for the delivery back to their store, the delivery of my goods to my house, the truck I have to get, the gas, the time and the massive incompetence on their behalf. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

  Great contractor services all the guys are fantastic to deal with. Our business has been using this store for years and will continue for years to come if they have the staff like they have now in contract sales.

  Terrible customer service. They delivered a defective door so I started a return, while they did acknowledge the damage after seeing our photos, they simply stopped responding to take care of the return. The door is still sitting at our entry door blocking our closet and nothing has been done. I just called them, and the representative was impatient and not helpful, saying that my colleague will take care of it. When I asked when, she said as soon as we can.
