- CAChris A6 days ago1.0We were at this store just before Father's Day with the intent of purchasing a Weber Griddle. We knew which one we wanted as it was on display but we would need help finding the item and loading it into our vehicle. We went to Customer Service and were promptly helped. When the associate arrived and as we were walking to the displayed Weber Griddle, she asked another associate to take over, stating to him that she was too busy to help us. We told the associate that since she was too busy, we would take our business to Home Depot which by the way, treated us like valued customers.

- SCsatish chughJun 24, 20261.0I usually prefer Home Depot due to their friendly and consistent service, but I had to visit the RONA+ at South Common today out of necessity. My experience was deeply disappointing. I observed an associate providing detailed, helpful assistance to another customer regarding window stripping, but when I approached him for help, he simply pointed me toward the products and immediately walked away. Later, I attempted to get assistance from another associate, who actively avoided eye contact and changed direction as soon as he got close to me rather than asking if I needed help. This dismissive attitude was unprofessional and frustrating. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that they were off-duty. Given the poor level of customer service I encountered at this location, I have very little confidence in this store's future success.
- SCSuniva ChowdhuryJun 17, 20261.0the staff are so unhelpful and don’t know where anything is. i came in last night looking for a strawberry plant (on their website they said they had multiple in stock at this location). i looked all over the garden center and couldn’t find it, i went to customer service, there were two young women with their backs turned away from me, drawing on a white board and laughing, completely distracted. eventually a guy came up to me and asked if i needed help i showed him the picture and he pointed me to the garden centre. i looked again and couldn’t find it. good customer service would have been him coming with me and showing me exactly where it is. i went to the two young ladies and told them i couldn’t find it in the garden centre. they were completely clueless and said it was probably out of stock. didn’t even look. so unhelpful. at self checkout there was another lady standing there and i asked her about it, she also didn’t know and didn’t wanna help me. this was such a frustrating experience, i feel like especially at a place like this you really can’t be hiring just anyone. you need knowledgeable staff who are willing to help. i can’t believe not a single worker offered to check or help me look for it. incredibly disappointing.

And another associate came to help, he said not to bother made them not to help us Does the manager knows what type of business Rona is. And is he aware deck can be built only during summer. Went during quiet time during week day, if that manager cannot manage work during quiet time not sure what is happening in busy summer weekend. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO SHOP HERE . I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE ANYMORE.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?

Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?

How much time will it take to process my order?

Can I rent a truck at this location?
Yes. We offer truck rentals at this location. To reserve a truck, please contact the store directly. Availability may be limited, especially during peak seasons, so we recommend calling ahead to confirm before visiting.
How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
Are there any other conditions I should know before renting truck/van?
