  My aunt purchased a very expensive small cocktail table at the Southgate location. This was not her first purchase as she has been a valued customer for a long while. The stock of items is minimal which can only relate to the fact that they charge 225 dollars to ship your purchased item to the store! Seems like a pretty good scam of a company to me. Regardless, she made the purchase and we waited to pick up her item for her as she does not live in the city and they would not ship to her address. When we arrived, we were greeted with a loaded loading dock that was not accessible to our truck as it was packed with semis and cargo trucks. There is minimal signage and we were immediately confused and frustrated. We called the store and the associate told us she would meet us at the bay. She was polite upon greeting and walked us down a long U shaped hallway to retrieve our table. Lucky for us, there were two of us as this table was 85 pounds and an extremely awkward sized box. We asked if we could borrow the dolly behind her to walk it to our truck and were told due to store policy they could not. I understand safety and insurance issues however, she had just paid over 2000 dollars PLUS 225 for shipping for a cocktail table that you cannot even have a warehouse associate bring to the loading dock. Poor customer service! Thank goodness it wasn’t just my aunt trying to pick this up herself!

  My experience with RH has been great from beginning to end. I had comprehensive designer advice from Tommy, who is one of the designers at the Southgate Edmonton location. He helped me choose the best sofa for my new home, he followed up with me on timeline and options. He is very kind and knowledgeable of all the products and furniture available. He dedicated his time to make sure that I was happy with my choice. The delivery of my sofa was closely arranged by the customer representatives and I received my sofa on March 5. I had Abdul and Karimi who were respectful, punctual and dedicated. They did a great job at putting together the Cloud sofa and made sure that everything looked great before they left. I will definitely recommend and buy from RH again.

  Our company had an excellent experience shopping at RH. From the minute our representative walked in the store, the staff were courteous and helpful. When I required additional assistance, Meagan stepped in and provided exceptional customer service. We are very excited for our new lights and can't thank Meagan enough for her guidance.
